Hello, about 6 hours ago i logged into my Hunter to find that all my gold and a lot of my gear was missing. I am pretty sure I got hacked. I did NOT have 2FA set up at the time because when I had tried to install it originally it was all buggy, and my codes would not sync (would get invalid entry on activation page) Anyway; I called google and they ran me through some troubleshooting, figured i'd put it in here for anyone running into the same issue. Airplane mode on Settings>Acc>Remove google acc. (if using gmail) Settings>App.Manager>Click on Google PlayStore and Goole Play Services and delete Caches Re-add google acc. Turn off automatic date and time, make sure time is correct, and then re-enable Auto. Date and time. Airplane mode off I'm using a Galaxy note 3, will change depending on phone, but I hope this gives u a general idea of a few things that google told me to do and it fixed my Authentication sync problem PS: After doing this, the "Sync codes" option in the Google authenticator app still gave me the "Can not access google server message" but the codes themselves were now usable and correct.

Logged in today to find that my characters gold (180g roughly) his bag items and mail items were all missing. I am now trying to reset my password and set up the authenticator (for like the 15th time) but it just refreshes the page. Tried to reset password and i get "Access denied" message. I am not sure if i will be able to reclaim my items, but i want to ensure my acc. security firstly! please help! thanks.

Thanks for your reply, and i understand the item thing (only lost 200g raw gold and like 50g in other items) but they left my characters gear on. I am just trying to secure my account now but the password reset and authenticator do not seem to be working for me.

Same issue, and i just got hacked... trying to make my acc secure plz help
