Hello all. So I was recently hacked and my characters lost all of their gear/gold. Yes I know I should've had 2fa activated and everything but hey we live and we learn.
So right now I am trying to change my password that the hackers have access too. I am doing it on the control panel via the website, but I am not getting a password reset request to email. Something about industrial amounts of emails being sent from their side? I have also tried the Ingame PW change as well as enabling 2fa to no avail. And yes, I checked my spam.
I am worried the hackers are going to hop back on my account and further mess with it/get me banned. Am I screwed until the password reset goes thru? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
