Your troll censor needs calibrating. It still wouldn't be blizzlike since we are talking about character names instead of NPC names. Though I always wished I could have a troll with an apostrophe in its name.

Make so that a single email would be usable by multiple accounts if the original IP is the same for all of those and....

Normally, I would be for this, but seeing the amount of hack reports that already come up I think it's best (for the Elysium team, more than anything) to not let this happen. There are many people who are getting their accounts hacked and the only thing from stopping their accounts from being stolen is the fact that the hackers can't change their e-mail. Sure, there are other things that could help prevent it, but we're talking about a volunteer project. I don't know when you first made your account, but when you sign up it tells you explicitly that you cannot change your e-mail after you've created the account. They have stressed using Gmail for a long time. I don't see the harm in using the same e-mail on more than one account, though. -
Np. Their e-mail client was having trouble a few days ago and was offline for maintenance or something so maybe it was during that. Whitelist their e-mail and always check spam folder, that's the only advice I can give.

Won't do it, if they had to do this they would be spending hours handling tickets/reports/topics, verifying the information, and restoring the items based on the negligence of the acct. owner to secure their acct.

:C GMs don't really recover hacked items unless they are important unique quest items. You have to log out of the CP to change the password.
-
They will not restore hacked items. Also, don't expect replies within an hour.

It was probably a special character H.

What? Whatever you're talking about, take it to the suggestions forum.

I suggest searching for and posting this in the bugtracker. You have to login to the CP from the main site to create a new bug report.

I forgot to mention that you should probably use an authenticator, Stysso. Unfortunately the GMs do not recover hacked items. It's your account, your security responsibility. The best you can do is add the authenticator and change your password.

That's good to hear. You're welcome.
