The server was having some trouble just a bit ago. I suggest giving it awhile to see if it can sort itself out since it was just resolved or contacting a GM using a ticket. All of my characters are fine now, getting no DC's, but it hasn't been long enough to be sure. From the Discord:

If you read before posting or pay attention to the Twitter or Discord news channel you will know what's going on. This has been resolved for the vast majority, it seems, and they said to contact a CM if you still can't get in.

Shit happens. Should be fixed now, though.

Are your discs pre or post TBC? I'm not sure if that would work. A lot of people were using it so it looks legit, but no promises. I'll PM you regardless with my ZIP folder.

Hi everyone, I dun goofed. I haven't played in quite a while so I have forgotten my account name. I woulda just tried to guess it more but I'm sending too many requests to the CP. I thought that it was a banned account but it turns out that was just another ghost account I had made and never activated. I can provide the e-mail it is likely under, the name of the character on the account, and any other personal information that will help prove it's mine. Is there anything I can do, or am I SOL? I didn't see a username recovery option, only password. If this is the wrong place to post this, I apologize. Thank you, Memew

I'm not sure about the issue, but in order to use the Bugtracker, you have to be logged into the CP. After you have logged in, you should be able to submit a bug near the search button.

Just as an FYI, I successfully downloaded the game again today from the torrent on piratebay using uTorrent. The Smash link was expired for me, too, though.
