There are many people looking for help with their stolen or banned game accounts so I’m putting this here as a guide to help. Please feel free to link back to this post in future. If I’ve missed anything please let me know below and I’ll add info as needed via editing. How was my account stolen? There have been various leaks of data from other private servers (not this one) but if you used the same username and password on another private server that you did here, that is most likely how someone else gained your login details. What about my gold/equipment/items? Sorry, but Elysium staff do not restore any lost or stolen gold/items. Asking is pointless and you will have to start over with no gear or gold. Hopefully you have friends who can help you. If you still wish to report the theft, please raise a ticket in game after recovering your account. You can do this by clicking the red question mark icon in game. Please do not create a post on the forum as Elysium staff do not view or reply to such posts. How do I secure my account? First, reset your password using the following link: https://elysium-project.org/password it’s very important you do this to prevent any further theft. You can also use this to recover your account if the thief changed your password. Next I would suggest you enable Two Factor Authentication to safeguard your account against further attacks. You can do this from the control panel section of the main site after logging in. What happened? Often the thief will use your stolen account to spam global game channels in an attempt to sell gold. Staff often ban these accounts to stop spam in game. Hi slybreiz, You should be able to join or leave general chat fine on the french client. You probably are just not in the channel by default. try typing "/join general" (no quotes): to join the channel "/leave general" leaves it. ~ in no way associated with Elysium staff.
