soundwise tranquility is Always best choice ;) , nah its ok to use ofcourse but try to avoid it in raids when u are in a fight

it is better to use hots here, manawise

tranquility is a pure mana waste, the only right purpose i can think off is when u need to heal up 3 or more people in your party at the same time as a lifesaver
