I do like reading these comments on tranquillity, but they need to be about how this spell is "broken" :((( Anyone else experiencing problems with this spell please share. :)

So thats what it was, i 100% agree this spell is broken. used twice today in ZF and it stoped midway, i even used barkskin!, and it still stoped.
