Is the talen bugged then improves battleshout because i get 232 with talent and mathematically says i should get 288

My spellbook says I should get 231 Attackpower buff but when I cast I only get 186, how do I measure if its right ?

Hello. When I cast my Battleshout it says I should get 231 Attack power but when I cast it on me, I only get 186 and also I'm fury so i have impoved battleshout. Really wierd. Help me please. Posetank
