I am pretty new to the community so I hope someone can help me with this:
I started playing about 6weeks ago on Nostalrius PvP now Anathema PvP.
I got hacked once and my gold, like 20g or something, was gone, but I didn't bother, so I changed my password and tried to use the Authenticator (didn't work). I did not contact support, as someone ingame told me, they could not help me anyways.
While playing today, I started getting random instant DCs, like if someone was logging into my account. I tried to change my password ingame, didn't work, I tried to reset my password with the control panel, didn't work either. So I just kept logging back in when I disconnected. Worked a few minutes but:
When I try to log in now the game says my account has been banned. I tried to log in later, but it is still banned. Did I log in too often in a short period of time? How do i get unbanned again?
Maybe you can help me, or know someone who can. =)
