When something is worth hundreds of gold I expect everyone to roll need. I actually saw a rogue lvl 22 equip this after winning the roll on Nostalrius and it blew my mind. He had no intention of twinking. No idea the value of the blade. He also went on a rant because everyone rolled need on the item.
