Thank you very much for that hint. Indeed they can't change my mail adress. I was stuck too deep in panic to realize that. PW reset was succesful and i'm able to login now. Despite my strange char position everything is where i left it. Thanks alot.

at login it always shows: "the information you have entered is not valid." -> my password got changed. i dont care about gear and gold on my acc. i just dont want to lvl a priest to 60 again. earlier this day i got a "u got banned message" ( i think thats what u mean with "main post" ) then they fixed it. i logged in. was questing 10min or so and then i got kicked out multiple times. and suddenly i always receive that "invalid password" message. (if that is the "main post" pls send me a link. i cant find it)

well they changed my password... i dont think they'll chang it back. btw. this means: i still need help. GM? CM? anyone out there who can help me?

i got dc'ed.soi reloged. got instantly dc'ed again and again and again. and then my password was suddenly wrong. what can i do?! - y i know 2FA could have avoided that - but what can i do now?
