When will the Q item start to drop on Elysium ?

Hey, For last 3-4 days I cant log my account. I was getting closed/banned msg`es and I wrote to ban section, as I was shocked why in a world my acc would get banned out of blue. But they replayed that acc aint banned. So question remains, why in the world I can`t log my account. When I try to log even control panel here, It keeps giving me msg that my Authenticator code is wrong. I am realy unsure what to do atm. I just want to log my hunter >< Acc name - Rewdew
