chars gone after dc. i see them in controll panel and in guild list but not in my character list. GM pls help!

cant make a ticket, it says that i should usw the bug tracker...

have you fixed the problem with your character?

but why they still in the guild list and shown at controll panel?

Will a GM contact me? or can i contact them somehow...? i really want my chars back! :(

Acc not banned but my characters seems to be deleted... :(

i tried to change the realm list, but everything seems to be ok... i have no clue whats going on. chars still missing :(

few minutes ago i had a DC and after relog all my characters are gone. i have not delete them by myself. they are still show in the guild member list..
