I can't login in either on the client but I can login on the website and enable Two factor ?? :O

At The Great lift between Thousand needles and The Barrens, there is a quest npc named Brave Moonhorn. Usually he stands at the top of lift (Barrens side) but now he stands at the bottom of the lift (Thousand needles side). I can see he is offering a quest, I can click him but nothing happens. I looked him up and the quest he is offering is quite essential for leveling in Thousand needles http://imgur.com/a/Lsfaz
