I can use Noggenfogger now but it does not work with shapeshifting at all :(. Seems to be in the same state it has always been :(.

All transformation items I had on hand didn't work through shapeshifting (Deviate Delight, Dartol's Rod of Transformation and Orb of Deception). Hopefully it has just been temporarily reverted. I was looking forward to the fix finally!

It still isn't working for me with the transformation items I had on hand (Deviate Delight, Dartol's Rod of Transformation and Orb of Deception). I was unable to use Noggenfogger Elixir since I heard it has disabled but it is not looking good :(. Maybe this is due to some issue with the patch and it has temporarily been reverted?

Looks like it is being looked into now :D. Upgraded to "WIP"
