Not that I'm aware of. I know that it'll take some time, but at least doing a test with no addons enabled will either prove/disprove that the addons are affecting the issue.

Since this was a service that was not provided by retail vanilla these services would not be provided in game.

Is this a recent issue? If so, have you recently updated anything such as your operating system, firewall, graphics card? Have you also tried deleting your WDB folder or running WoW as an administrator?

Have you been able to respec in the past?

I would log into your Control Panel and immediately add a 2 Factor Authenticator. After adding that I would then change your password. Unfortunately nothing will be able to be restored.

Have you attempted to "whitelist" the email address @mail.elysium-project.org? Depending on the email provider it could be blocking that email from ever reaching their inbox. Are you sure that the email the was also spelled correctly during registration?

Some additional information would be helpful: what server are you logging into?

If they haven't posted a "Darrowshire is now fully up and running" tweet, then I would logically assume that it hasn't fully been fixed yet.

I can understand your frustration, but again you don't have any financial ties to the success of this server.

What level are you?

No news normally means that there's still an issue.

Rolls are displayed as system messages, so an addon may/may not help fix this bug. I would check your chat settings and make sure that you system messages ticked/enabled, then save. EDIT: The option should be under Interface > Display. Another thing I'd recommend doing is disabling ALL of your addons to see if that's the cause. Then slowly start adding back your addons until you figure out what the cause is.

That's good! Did you set it as IP Lock this time or did you have it set to ask you every time you logged in?

If you were able to log in before this - what did you change, install, etc. recently that may have caused the issue? Have you tried running the program as an Administrator? Instead of disabling your firewall, have you tried "whitelisting" WoW to run through your firewall and/or antivirus? I also wouldn't entirely rule out that it's not a server issue. There's a lot of tickets out there right now in regards to people not being able to log in. Did someone from Elysium specifically tell you this, or is that your own ruling?

First thing: re-enable that 2FA. That's not what's causing your issue - don't get hacked! Second: what server are you connecting to? Darrowshire is still under maintenance as far as I can tell and there seems to be hardware issues as well on Zeth'Kur. Any more additional information would be greatly appreciated!

I'd have to agree with him - you'd have to either hand over your Authenticator or you didn't have one installed until after the hack.

What realm are you on? Darrowshire is currently down and Zeth'Kur is also experiencing some issues.
