It sounds like you've followed all the right steps in getting in touch with a CM via Discord (probably the fastest method). They normally recommend waiting about 24-48 hours before any action or contact is made. If it gets longer than 2 days I would recommend contacting them again via Discord.

Hey! I would highly recommend removing this information ASAP as it contains your account name and email. If your account was banned post to https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/351-ban-appeals/ where you can submit a ban appeal. If it was stolen I would recommend logging into your Control Panel, adding an authenticator, attempt to reset your password, etc. to attempt to regain control. Unfortunately none of your items can be restored. Adding an authenticator will help prevent this from happening again.

Dumb question - have you tried reinstalling the app? Also is this an Android or iOS device?

Have you looked at the stickied thread towards the top of the support page? There's a lot of fixes in there as well. Here's one suggestion:

Try this: Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app Tap More Settings. Tap Time correction for codes Tap Sync now It's a common problem that the app isn't synced correctly, so while the code is appearing on screen it's actually not valid. Let me know if that works or not.

There seems to be a few issues with the server according to Elysium's Twitter: https://twitter.com/elysium_dev What realm are you trying to connect you? Right now the issues seem to be harboring on Darrowshire specifically. There also were some issues with Zeth'Kur that aren't seemingly resolved yet either. Might just need a little time!
