there are quite some pepole who dont read general or LFG chat but if you ask them in whisper they join... but only because some ppl dont like random whispers you cant mute the whole server

i was searching for a party for SM and used /world LFG and asked 2 players vai /who .. got muted for over ONE FUCKING HOUR! it was impossible to chat at all only guild and party chat was usable this is not improving the gameplay on this server ... maybe you get rid of 2 or 3 goldbots spamming the /general but normal players cant even chat when they typing to fast or chat with more than 1 player at the same time. Please change this. this system is hitting the wrong people! you cant search a group by using the /who command and whispering some people.. if you do so you get muted and can logg of for the next hour cause you cant chat with anyone
