on sunday ive started to have rising latency on elysium playing with my verizon isp. i have absolutely no problems in other games and the more people im around in-game, the more it seems to spike :(

no trainers are giving me the option to respec :( char name - Jerzze H Realm - Elysium

no this is my first time attempting, i leveled BM, now want to go PvE marks i havent noticed in the past if i were able to or not either.
