this has been the longest complete downtime that i've experienced other than scheduled maintenance. definitely worth playing on these servers, normally theyre very stable. For whatever reason the login server is down today, and has been since around 4-5 hours ago. i wouldnt call it a frequent isssue, as this is the first time i've seen it

its not just one server its the login server meaning you never even get connected to one of the servers

Alliance on Darrowshire have found a way to generate free wins in the 10-19 bracket. They make a HORDE toon, level it to lv 10 so it can que, then group 2-4 other level 1's with the lv 10, then "que as group". Que pops for me, i click accept, and i have a team of fake lv 1 HORDE toons controlled by the ALLIANCE side. They actively run to grab flag before i can and keep me from getting it while THEIR team of lv 19 twinks are 5v1 against myself. The Alliance team then just casually grabs horde flag and caps, 1-shotting our level 1 FC whenever they need to return their flag. I contacted a GM In-Game regarding the issue, and the response was "we don't have enough people or time" to handle the cheating. In the first screenshot, you can see one of the level 1's that they used, and you can see the match had just started, obviously they were not expecting an actual horde player to que and get into their free win match. My only hope at this point is that the players involved in this cheat scheme have their accounts banned for abusing a glitch to ensure free wins for the Alliance teams. Screenshots Below:

Right? The lowbie brackets are supposed to be for fun. Now that is definitely a more understandable statement. It does seem rather dumb for them to go through so much trouble just for some wins for their twinks. Good info, Thank you! IKR? Love vanilla but would love to see a BC enabled server as well. Does the Elysium Project have any future plans for a BC server? Just wondering Regards

it's a workaround, and it worked for me as well also, to make it even easier, open up notepad/wordpad/whatever and type in ur pw, then copy it, so you can just hit ctrl+v and enter at logon over and over until you get in

So you mean to say that person A gets ganked, levels up, then ganks person B, and this process repeats in a cycle? Lol

Anethema is another option, but having tried all servers myself i found that Anethema has the worst economy because it's the oldest server there (meaning AH prices are very high because most everyone is 60 already) i recommend ZK or Elysium for PVP if you can deal with the downtime or Darrow if you just wanna PVE

Might as well forget everything you had on Elysium and just roll on Anethema because it seems like Elysium is never gonna be consistently up

i'm in the same boat already rolled on Anethema... i prefer Elysium by a longshot and already spent days on a charachter there so it kinda sucks to start over but it seems like whoever is responsible for these stupid ddos attacks has a vendetta against the Elysium server for some reason

Any ideas what's going on? Why does Elysium keep going down but not other servers? If its DDoS, who is responsible? and why would they target only one server? So annoying i'm about to forget about Elysium and just roll a toon on Anethema

and Elysium is my favorite server too but now i guess im rolling on Anethema...

it sucks because its so stupid.... ddosing a private server for what..... for what purpose such a waste of time

yeah ive spent the last hour trying to log in and trying other servers and now all servers seem to be not letting anyone log in

Also, how are they DDoS'ing only a single server?

had the same issue and it really blows. I thought Cloudfare offered DDoS protection?
