If 2FA is enabled, you will need it to log into your Control Panel for security purposes. From there, you can disable 2FA completely, if desired. One common issue with 2FA is that time is not synchronized. I would suggest if you get this fixed, to try and go into its Settings and assure that the time is correctly synced.

I have the same problem. Need an answer too

Hey Guys i have a problem. I cant log into my account. I get to the step where i have to enter my Authenticator PIN and after this i get an error message. After a few trys the message says "Call customer service" A friend of mine has the same problem, so he gave me his authenticator QR Code and we checked the PINs. We had different PINs all the time. Sometimes the code on my phone works for his account sometimes his own. Sometimes we can fix it just by restarting the phone. I think i might have the same problem with my account now but i dont have the QR-Code E-Mail anymore to reinstall it or to send it to my friend. Can you help me please? Thanks for your help
