Not true. They are not turning a profit, and blizzard isn't hosting this game anymore. The only illegal thing here is if players didn't pay blizzard for use of the vanilla software.

Completed the quest after several buggy attempts, and finally got credit, but could not turn in quest to turn in spot. Tried to go turn it in at tower, and at house near cave. Neither worked. Quest says completely in my log.
