Today (February 24, 2017) I log in the game, I found my account was hacked, all the equipment have been sold, and all golds have been stolen. I would like to know whether it is possible to recover the equipment?
Furthermore, I do not know if the hacker login my account after doing something in violation of the server rules, and therefore do not want to cause my account banned.
I know that the account was hacked because I did not turn on two-factor authentication, it is entirely their own mistakes, so I hope other players through two-factor authentication to protect their account.
