Hi, Recently had the quest in my log, and dropped it for another quest. Subsequently now i cannot re-obtain the quest from the NPC. Is this a known issue? or a solution? Thanks

I'm new to Elysium, and have done a little research on the forums to find that apparently you cannot transfer old nostalrius characters over anymore. Yet there is still an option for character/account retrieval for Nostalrius accounts in the control panel section of the main website. So I guess what I'm getting at is there a chance to still get them back or do I need to start from scratch again? Thanks
