I have been contacting the help and support forums and the discord for over 15+ days now and nobody has gotten back to me! :( So I can't login to my account because my 2FA got messed up because I reformatted my phone, and my google authenticator got deleted. Here is the big problem I delete the emails because I have to keep my email clean for work. I can only login on my work laptop and I can barley play on it because its terrible and meant for work. I have all the information I need to provide to prove its my account, including the login folder with my login name on it and all of my characters on my account, and screenshots. -KKona 51 Horde Mage - Guild - Make Horde Great Again!

Hey i petitioned the gms in game and they sent me to the discord, but they never got back to me in the discord. I used the ip lock on my account and when i reformatted my phone it removed the authenticator and now i have no way to acess the account without being on my laptop is there ANYTHING to be done? I also deleted the emails because I always liked to keep my email clean for work and etc. I can provide all the information you need so I can prove this account is mine!

So recently I restored my phone and I lost all my my stuff on my phone and when I went to logon I couldn't because of I restored my phone and it wiped my authenticator clean. I tried to recover it back and couldn't. Here is the main problem I deleted all of the emails that I got not thinking it was gonna help me in the future. I have all the information on this account anything you guys need I can tell you I just want to be able to play again.
