I'm a solo player for now, but i'd like to do as many istance as i can during the leveling phase....also a Holy (31 points minimum) build, is viable while lvling?

Can you please suggest a hybrid Holy/Prot build to level 1-60? Starting from holy tree or prot, etc etc? (I think holy/prot is also a viable choice to survive in the inevitable world pvp while leveling...am i wrong?)
