Was curious if the result I experienced was one-off, or others got picked off as well. Got the rules as I read deeper into forums, shame that it appears to be a risk of play.

Got disconnected with DDOS attack (I think) about an hour ago, and when i was able to reconnect, characters missing random bag items and almost all gold (one character had about 40g, down to 1g 16s, the other had about 10g and down to that same odd amount. Oddly, when I was able to reconnect after the DDOS, my characters were exactly where they were when I was disconnected (fishing), so it doesnt feel like the account was hijacked, but rather a burp in memory somehow. Any way this can be remedied? Its not a ton of gold, but it sustains my leveling and training at the moment, and tough to recover.

Got the same issue with the DDOS on Anathema server, was able to get back in, but both characters are now depleted of gold, and bags are missing items. Oddly, the characters were exactly where they were when the DDOS occured and I was disconnected. Any way to remedy, not a ton of gold (about 50g), but enough to wonder how or where it went.
