I understand you set rules of engagement and play on servers but don't you think you are ruling with a iron fist with your bans. Your ban appeals is great in a text book situation but even blizzard was loose with their ban rules when I played real wow. You indicate when you can and have to give no evidence of banning regardless of the situation. But you indicate you are Human and make errors. When I request a reason of why I'm being banned, it's viewed and ignored. I'm confused because you don't act or care about human nature and making mistakes, but then you say your human and make mistakes. Especially when your players invest so much time into this and keep it alive. Don't you think you should lead by example?

Sure you can. I write rules for Fortinet, Cisco and Palo Alto. Shit, if you pay for the support contracts they will write the rules for you. Just because you don't know how to do it doesn't mean it can't be done. DDOS attacks can be easier to mitigate than you think, if you have the right tools and experience. I'm the Heavy I.T. hitter for a multi million dollar company in the USA with 350+ live public facing servers. We are constantly getting hit from all over the globe. Are your attacks coming from inside the US or Outside? I'm assuming your partially cloud based, more over what is the maturity level of your cloud providers. Some thoughts would be blocking other countries against threat vectors completely, Flip switches for ping,telnet, and all those nifty tools you use(Turning them on and off willy nilly so DDOS won't affect those ports). Shit this is turning into a audit, LOL. Aside from the audit, so if we donate more, you wouldn't do transfers?

I'm on the E server and connecting at times is horrible. I'm moving my group(Wife, and friends +3 same side) to another server. What do I need to do to make this happen other than making a new character? I will donate to make this happen!!!!
