I used 2h weapons to level. All 2h are fine. But when I went back to learn 1h. It seemed to have bugged. That's it. Instead of solving the problem, they found an excuse to ban an account even after showing evidence.

Yeah that is right. When "looking" into my issue, they saw that my IP had changed and closed down my account for "Account trading". I had just moved address and got a new ISP. I showed them the documents of a new ISP with all of the dates matching up perfectly. They refused to look into it and declined the appeal. Seriously, these GM's are absolute scum.

Take off your gear. Die and Rez yourself again. It will reset the timer. This has been answered MULTIPLE of times.

Hello. They are not going to help you with your ticket. When you ask them to return your character, they will also say no. You will be waiting more than a week for a response.

Nobody is going to help you. You should of hack 2FA on.

I have just started using an axe and I noticed my skill was not going up when I started to level it. I looked in my skills and it is showing as 5/5 for Axes / Swords / Maces / Defense. I am missing basically EVERY attack. Every other weapon is fine and is letting me skill it up. I have cleared my caches but the fact I am missing my attacks shows it is not client side. I have raised a ticket on Anathema Realm Allaince. Every attack against me in a crushing hit so I am just getting slaughtered. I can't even raid / pvp / dungeon. The game is unplayable. I am glad you have discussed the issue, but it seems instead of helping me, you have decided to just close down the account?

I have never been so speechless in my life. Instead of solving the problem, I have just gone to login to the account this morning and they have closed it down! Great support team here! I ask for help for multiple days and instead of solving the situation or coming back to me, you close the account down with no information?

Exactly, I don't see why it takes so long to come to this resolution. This has been reported since last week. I have now received the two responses above, but it seems ANOTHER day is gong to go by.

I appreciate the response. If the discussion is taking almost a week I don't see why you can't just set my skills to 300/300 instantly solving the problem? I understand there are discussions that need to be made but I don't see why it would take nearly a week to solve something like this. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the work you are doing. I am just having trouble understanding the lengthy wait.

You are posting this in the wrong section, you want to post in the Ban appeals forum. Also, your character is level 10. If it has been banned it would be a LOT quicker just to make a new character.

I just want it resolved. Surely it must just be a 2 minute job to look at the ticket and set my skill to lvl 6 and it would reset it.

Another day has passed, with no response in-game, or a resolution on the forum. It would be great if someone could take the time to resolve this issue.

Okay, It has been 3 days now, with no response. Can someone just either answer my in game ticket or ask someone to from the forum. WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?

This is silly. I've been waiting 2 days now for a GM to take 5 minutes of his time just to solve this issue so I can raid again. I don't see why it's taking so long.

No, I never trained swords / maces / unarmed / axes, so now I am 60 I want to start training them. It's stuck on 5/5. It doesn't say 5/300. I only just looked my defence and it's showing the same.
