Hello ive been away for a week ive just come back on today to find my chracter missing probably been deleted again hes a lvl 45. Mage called Regnier please can someone help me here ?

I havent been on in 2 days and have just discovered my chars missing has it been deleted ??

Can someone please help because i really dont fancy doing all that again ?
