Followed the instructions found on the google search for syncing google authenticator. Was able to make one attempt on the game client which was unsuccessful after syncing, and any further attempts give me that repeated message of "This account has been closed" and I don't have the option of trying my authenticator code. Looks to me like I might need to submit a ban appeal, but it is a bit confusing that, if I wait long enough, the game seems to give me one attempt before telling me I'm locked out.

Quick update: I'm not getting the same message that seemed to indicate I was banned, so maybe it was more of a timed out sort of deal. My question about 2fa remains though - is it completely broken or just temporarily? Thanks. EDIT: Nevermind, maybe still banned? "This account has been closed" is the message I get. But when I tried a minute ago it didn't give me that message. I'm a bit confused, would love a little help. Thanks again.

I was trying to log in per usual and the client repeatedly told me I was entering the wrong password. I've had this happen in the past where the game doesn't seem to want to accept the 6 digit code I've got (after a couple tries I am very deliberate typing in my password and hitting the 6 digit properly, so I'm certain it's not user error). In the past this is annoying as it takes awhile to log in, but I've always managed to log in simply by trying repeatedly. This time, however, the client is telling me that my account is banned - I am assuming this happens automatically after a certain number of failed login attempts in a short period of time. If I need to redirect this entire topic to ban appeals that's fine, let me know and I'll take care of that. Aside from the ban, is 2fa no longer functioning or did I just hit a sticky patch? I really liked the security of 2fa so I'd like to keep it unless I can no longer access my account with it active. If I need to remove 2fa, please let me know how I can remove it from my account. So I just healed in an onyxia raid today. I was pretty low in the healing stats which came as a bit of a surprise as when I am in MC I am near the top of the healing meters (top 3 in MC vs 8 or 9 today in Ony). Some of this is me learning the fight, I noticed I had about 30% overhead and that can be practiced and improved. I am curious though if it is normal for shamans to end up at the lower ends of the healing meters for Ony. Seems to me that our most effective tool - chain heal - is mostly useless in phases 1 and 2. However if shamans are NOT usually underperforming as healers in ony, I would like to try and figure out how I can improve. Any and all advice appreciated, thanks.

I don't have 8/8, but how would you go about testing this?

So you were saying T1 8/8 is the best as long as the coefficient is messed up. Can anybody test this and report back? My understanding is that it was broken on Nost, so I guess we are assuming it's the same for Elysium? If it's not broken, would T1 8/8 not be worth it?
