It took 8 days to get a response from the ticket. GM sent a mail saying "We'll look into it but there's no evidence that you didn't receive the item" I don't even know if the guy was banned, even if he was it doesn't matter it was clearly a burner character anyways, probably transferred all of the loot to his main account. I haven't touched Elysium since, what a gigantic waste of time this server is. I recommend playing on another server.

Saw him advertising his "leatherworking service" in world chat last night, after I called him out he logged off. Pretty sad that after 24 hours my ticket still hasn't been addressed and this scammer is allowed to keep doing his thing.

Nothing has happened yet, I have an in-game ticket open (a "stuck" ticket) but it hasn't been addressed yet. He wouldn't need any other mats from an alt, I traded him everything for the item and he logged immediately and hasn't been on since. I found a thread (https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/26403-got-scammed-for-55-healing-mats/) where something similar happened and the OP said the GMs addressed the issue and banned the player so I'm optimistic... but we'll see, if the GMs won't return the materials I honestly won't be logging back in to play.

Vysr told me he would craft devilsaur leggings. After the trade he immediately logged off. Here are screenshots showing the entire transaction. Do I have any sort of recourse to recovering my items?
