They made me change my name against my will and i',m only asking to get an attempt to change it to something I want

HI there, My characters name is Llil and I play on the Zeth'kur server. I messed up my name change. I wanted my character to have a barcode name but did not realize it would force some capitals and messed it up. I am wondering if I could get another shot at the changing of my characters name if that would be ok? Sorry to bother you and thank you for taking the time to read this.
