Froswald

I'm not sure what may have happened other than I logged off dead around a month or so ago. Then I log back in at I'd guess the nearest graveyard with 15 days of the debuff (currently 20318 minutes). It ticks down once a minute and I'm affected by the stats, so it looks like it's not going to go away anytime soon. Is there a way I can get it removed? Character name is Froswald, level 18 human paladin if that helps.
