Yeah, it took about 4 days to hear back about the appeal. I mentioned that it could have been hacked, but they just said it had been validated and to make a new account and follow the rules.

I think my highest level character was like 17. There may have been like 2g between all my characters. I only really play like one weekend a month. I have no idea why they would think I was gold buying, but according to the ban appeal, they "validated" it.

My account got banned and through the appeals process, I found that the game masters believe I had bought gold and so denied my appeal. I did not have any really high-level characters only really will miss the character names, so no huge loss but I figured I would post so the game masters would know that whatever methods they are using to identify gold buying may not be perfect. I never bought any gold for any game including this one. If I am the only false positive then no big deal but I just wanted to make sure game masters know about this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I will be making a new account and will continue playing by the rules. Keep up the good work.

ok but I just want to know if all appeals get a reply?

Does whoever decides the ban appeals comment on your appeal with their decision?
