Is there a way (without an addon) to change spell icon images. Example change frostbolt icon to look like flash heal. I want to add custom made images in the client so it doesn't pull more resources like an addon would.

The end idea would be to have my own images not blizz ones. So cast macro would work to keep bliss but I wanted 3rd party. It's cool though I have since given up on the idea for now

Yeahey but I'm not sure a cheat/mod detection would check for matching images. Just to much to go through.
