The tooltip for the proc on BRE currently states '' Your attacks ignore 700 of your enemies armor for 10 sec. This effect stacks up to 3 times.'' However, in actuality it only stacks once, and can't stack anymore than that, making it -700 armor maximum instead of the intended -2100 armor. This is a pretty significant bug on an important weapon, could you please fix this or at least explain?
