Thanks for the response. I kind of half expected this to be the case but was hoping to not have to level the secondary account's character to transfer leveling greens.

Hi there. Bit a lame first post, but I can't seem to find information on this anywhere - apologies if a thread like this already exists. I'm trying to transfer low level green items across the neutral AH to kick-start an alliance alt character. I keep getting an "Internal mail database error" when I go to send 10 silver to my second account's level 1 character from my alliance character's bank alt, so he can purchase the items my horde character puts on the neutral AH and mail them back to my alliance alt on my main account. If you follow... Basically, can level 1 characters send in game mail normally to any other character, or do they have to be higher level? Thanks.
