True, but informing about your intention to get your money back is a good manners and allows to avoid situations like this one. They are scums bcoz they dont care about other people that could play today. Just inform the staff, they will pay 2k more and you can get your money back without crushing server.

Its OK, that they've charged their own money back. The only thing they did wrong is that they should have informed Elysium staff before doing that, so that staff could pay before Anaphema had gone offline. Riuning an evening to 10k ppl makes them bad persons - not charging their money back. Just be mature and think about other people. Peace.
