Hello, So I've been afflicted with the skill loss for my pet after transferring my toons from Light's Hope. It's a Bloodaxe Warg from Blackrock that now has no skills or skillpoints. Also lost all the pet skills that I've obtained from other pets along the way. Help would be very appreciated.

Another prodigal son returning, unable to get my characters from LH back to Ely. Eagerly awaiting the import feature to be reimplemented (while totally not raging inside over the lost toons) π€

So the control panel is back up, but after trying to change password using the reset link from e-mail nothing changes and the password remains the same. The link from e-mail just brings you right back to your control panel if you're logged in in already, or if you're logged out it just shows you the enter new password fields and does nothing after putting the new password in. Please fix.

Please, guys, take this issue seriously. I've seen similar reports on the bugtracker submitted over a month ago. People can't change their paswwords/enable 2FA and with the recent account hacks it would be "kinda nice" to be able to improve one's security.

I can confirm that it also happens inder IE11. So basically all browsers are affected.

Same thing that happens in Chrome happens in Opera, fresh clean install. EDIT: Same exact thing happens in Chrome with ALL extensions disabled - even the built-in ones. There was no captcha under any of the browsers.

I'm using Chrome - hard to find a more common browser. But I have tried Firefox and it's even worse - the whole form is broken: http://imgur.com/zSs3HlT

I did that as I've said in the above post. Tried again using "forgot password" when logged out - stil lthe same thing. It's easy to imagine that if someone *actually* forgot their password they won't be able to change it and get back to the game. It's broken. Once I'm on the screen with "password" and "repeat password" fields, I type the new password in 2 times and after accepting it reloads the page and takes me back to the same form. When trying to log in with the new password it turns out it's not valid and the old password still works.

Same. Different computers, different browsers, different connections. Account Management is dead since yesterday (when I tried for the first time in a week or so).
