I tried white listing and am still not receiving any emails. Is it possible to change email addresses on an account, or is there any other way to setup two way authorization?

I recently wanted to make an account and used my att.net email address. I never received any verification emails but was still able to log on and create characters. I have re-sent the verification email, tried to change password, and tried to setup two-way verification all of which I do not get emails for. I have a level 20 now and want to make sure my account is safe. Is there anything I can do to receive emails or setup two way verification? Maybe make a new email address and transfer my characters to it?

My account seems to be locked out. Only thing I can think of is that I use PingZapper in order to have a playable ping level. Is this a bannable offense? Is there some mistake or anything I can do to correct this?
