explanation. We came home. Have not played for 3-4 days. Both got "wrong password" message, and now it says account has been closed and is no longer aviable to use. I could not log on to the control panel, because the password did not work. Tried reset password and it says my emailadress is not found. He can now log on to the control panel and can see hes characters, i can not find mine. But i created a new account to reach the forums. How the hell do we get our passwords to work? Is my characters gone? How can my brother reach controlpanel and see his characters but can not log on to the game? :S So many questions! HelpMePls

But i dont see my characters under the controlpanel. My bro does tho.

But we did not type in the wrong password. I tried 1st and failed so i told my bro to be careful. Still got the message. we have been trying for 2 days now with many hours in between tries sometimes.
