I am sure because I can add him in my friend list and a GM responded ingame that the character is OK but doesnt give anymore information. just that its ok and not banned. in my sentence i used the word INGAME . The character was transferred when that was available wrote that in the main post

Hello I came back here playing too late and transferring from nostalrius is already stopped. I found out that someone has transferred my character to his account back in December. Does the https://elysium-project.org/recover/nostalrius link still work? I need my original email and account name or its only one of the character names? I have tried with my original email and 60 lvl character name but the site says theres no account transferred with that email
