You clearly don't understand how the queue works. If horde solo queue they run a chance, albeit small, to match vs a pug. Pug v pug horde generally wins. If you were to start a premade you would be guaranteed to match versus a ally premade. If your goal is to win games, theres absolutely no reason to even consider making a premade as horde right now. That's the way it is, like it or not.
