The poblem with the 2FA removal is that i can not give out any information on the QR code. how were i ever gonna solve this when the codes i got was invalid and i couldn't get a hold of the original QR code. i mean i don't need it to be removed i just need a new QR code attached to my account and i can solve it on my own. like i get a email that provides me with a new QR code and i can reset my Authenticator and start playing. i mean if someone hacked my account the email is the only safe place to send password reset Etc. so why not just give me a new QR code?

Hi, I do not have the original 2FA QR code i am afraid i have deleted those emails. but i can give plenty of information about the character.

All this has been double checked. and it is still not working. and as i can't get any reserv codes because the authenticator account was made via Elysium. can it be removed? if i can get a code to my registered email adress i can just logg in and remove the authentcator to my account.

Hi, i am currently unable to log in on my account because the authenticator is giving me invalid codes. and i have tried to add authenticator on my Google account and it works fine there. all codes are working between the google account and the Authenticator. but i can't log in on my Elysium account.
