Baldy

Can anyone confirm whether these quests are currently in game (or are supposed to be in this patch)? I've already grinded to friendly with pirates (by killing a fuckton of Booty Bay guards). But I can't pick up the first quest in the chain Avast ye Scallywag (it just isn't there when I go to talk to Pretty Boy Duncan). Someone mentioned maybe you need to be Hated with Booty Bay - is this true? Please help, I want my pirate hat. Thanks

I'd like to know if the quest actually exists on the server though before I do this. I don't want to grind down to hated just to find out that it's not in this patch yet or something y'know?
