logged back in and reset, was dead. weird!

Not sure where to place this thread, Undead Strat, mind-controlled by Baroness Anastari, killed by group (as is the strat). After she re-spawned again (to be killed) I was unable to offensively target her. I was able to run around, but not act. My group stated I was standing still (alive) even although I was running around trying to get killed to try and rest this bug. I /reload, didn't work. I restarted wow, didn't work. I ran out of the instance but it wouldn't let me back in 'in ghost form'. Ally trying to gank me, so I was targatable and damage was being done to me but my health wasn't dropping. I was also unable to cast any spell 'Can't do that when you're dead'. Trying for a hard-log / rest.. 5 mins. Hopefully it resolves.

I don't know if there is rules against intentionally misleading players, i.e. accepting gold for help? I struck a deal with the player Karaido (a level 60 warlock), of the guild Chromaggus on Elysium. Money was exchanged and accepted by Karaido to help a group of four other players complete a quest. It was made clear that a certain NPC was needed to complete our quest. He took us into the quest area and then left for a battleground. No refund on the money was given and communication with him thereafter was pretty lax... he just laughed it off and went on his way not assisting us to complete the quest or providing any form of compensation. The named NPC that was needed was never killed. In terms of monetary value, it's not huge. But nonetheless money was exchanged and for a low-level character I could've used that gold for something else / training / gear / someone else to help... whatever. I think it's the dirty principle of misleading people that have good intentions and follow through with their end of the deal (which I did) and then the other party legging it once they have the gold. It's pretty dishonest and although I wouldn't say that it's on-par with gold-selling / stealing it's probably on the same spectrum of dishonesty.

I made a ban appeal about ten days ago

Clearly a disgruntled player (and a little drunk)... Perhaps you can assist your player base more when they're unfairly banned, without any discussion / email or notification. When your player base goes through your appropriate channels for appeal they're ignored? I mean, 10 days without a word... I've actively kept the dialogue going so you know it's not an empty thread... but I'm talking to myself. I have no idea if my account was hacked or reported... I couldn't tell you. It worked one day and the next it didn't and I have no idea why. I have personally donated to your server with money and time as have many others and a complete lack of response is irritable. Why should people continually support Elysium if Elysium doesn't support it's members? From a personal point of view I believe you have a mole, someone who is leaking account information for personal gain and so many innocent people get trapped in the web. It's a shame. I'm not sure why I've donated but now I just don't quite trust Elysium the way I used to.

Any ideas? I'm toying with starting a new account and giving up on my old one. I can see people viewing the topic in the appropriate forum for my ban appeal, but no comment / action for 3-4 days? Is this normal? Do accounts normally get banned for inactivity 6 weeks or so?

I'm the same Gingeuhman. Can't seem to get anyone with authority to look into the account status. I've been closed for a few days now. I can see views on my official ban appeal, but no-ones talking. Hopefully... gets sorted soon... I've come back from overseas and it was working fine before I left, not sure why it's been closed =/. Good luck to you

How did you get it working? I haven't been so lucky. Same text when trying to logon, being closed and all... Worked before I left for holiday. But not now (after five or six weeks away). Can't seem to get anyone's attention to re-activate? the account.

I have the same issue, but I've just come back from Holiday. No e-mail or explanation. The proper ban process has yielded no response for a few days now. not sure what's going on.
