It's probably just unintended, but not harmful so don't expect anything to happen. I wouldn't put it on the AH though, to keep a low profile and maybe just hold onto a neat actually rare item.

It's not a coincidence servers that have modified XP have lower populations or are dead. Increasing experience gains significantly literally creates swaths of dead content, and less gameplay for the player overall. Vanilla does not have depth to explore and play unlike future expansions, it needs this content and thrives on it as a feature to experience.

Would it be fair for raiding? Probably. PvP? No way! You're better off trying to make the elysium staff make int increase cat damage, otherwise you're promising cats all rogue gear from later raids like naxx and i highly doubt they wouldn't be significantly overpowered. There's no good way to fix this without major changes... and yeah, people don't want vanilla changed. sorry.

Hello, this sounds weird, but I have a permanent -4 spirit debuff on my character. I'm a level 42 human priest. This has persisted for at least one day. I've added up all my items to see it does indeed result in +86, and none of my items or talents cause -4 spirit (only warlocks have a way to reduce their spirit, no?) Things i've done/tried doing: - Restart client (many times) - Delete itemcache.wdb - Removing each item to see if any specific one caused the problem, and unequipping all items, still resulting in having -4 spirit below my no-bonus level. - Dying many times naturally in instances and in the world, to mobs and pvp alike. - Repairing and changing equipment various times. - Cleansing self of disease and magic (could it be a bugged invisible debuff??) I know -4 spirit doesn't seem like much, but i'm worried that it could also be affecting other aspects of my character if it's some kind of glitched permanent debuff. It's very annoying seeing the red text as well, like i'm being negatively affected by something. I also have 5/5 Spirit Tap so I'm really losing 8 spirit every time I kill a mob. It's bothering me that I can't fix this.

The world is a big place, many do not have smartphone for 2FA for either personal or financial reasons. Inclusiveness is far more important than sheer security when the security ideally isn't needed.

A big transfer of new people would be awesome for the elysium scene. Loss of names would be unfortunate though. Would upset a lot of people. Regardless, I hope you guys get a mass migration soon.
