Chances are it was a consumable item, i know theres a 10 second complete spell lock from strat UD bosses . i can't remember what it was called, one was wail of the banshee but that is for reduced chance to hit. there is a chance it was not even the mage you were fighting but one of his allies .

Yes the confusion here is that the spell information being 1.12.1 reflects the firestone giving some base spellpower , But when the conjured item appears in game that sp is missing completely with just the weapon effect being shown, same goes for the spell stone.. just the early patch gg

( Elysium PVP ) After completing the two prequests with in a small chain 'The prison's binding' and ' The prison's casing' ( DM quest) we were disappointed to find out the followup quest 'Suppression' was not available. INTERESTING , Yes off topic but another warlock class quest 'Suppression' Is missing, it's part of a chain with two prequests 'The prison's Binding' and ' The Prison's Casing' I've completed both prequests ( DM PATCH for satyr blood ) But followup quest won't show.
