As Zancon already said, running a server cost money and such low playerbase means not enough money to pay for PVE ghosttown. Yes, there are NO free servers, someone need to pay for them. And I hope you dont believe in "running a private server as a hobby". Try some singleplayer games if you want to play solo. Nope. At least not all of them.

Вся беда в том, что создание этих спамоботов идет буквально постоянно и за время рассмотрения тикета и бана появится еще дюжина. Проще установить аддон SpamThrottle(как уже сказано выше) и играть в комфорте. Это не 100% решение проблемы, изредка будут пробиваться спамеры с непопадающими под фильтр фразами и некоторые безобидные сообщения от обычных игроков будут блокироваться, но это лучшее решение проблемы на текущий момент. Плюс игнор лист у этого аддона в сотни раз удобнее и функциональнее базового.

Попробуй отключить квести и все подобные ему аддоны, которые помечают на карте места выполнения квестов/нпц/предметов.

Значит надо рассматривать другие варианты. 1)наличие на компе клиентов под другие сервера 2)ЛЮБЫЕ лишние строчки в host файле 3)перенос клиента на несистемный диск/раздел 4)настройка антивируса и фаерволла

Где же ты прописываешь реалмлист, если нигде не можешь скачать клиент?=) Ссылки на англ точно работают, а так достаточно найти любой клиент 1.12. На рутрекере точно есть, можешь там посмотреть.

You cant use old characters anyway, so just make a new account.

Try to restart your router, disable antivirus and firewall software. If you using vpn to connect - try to use another one or play without it if possible.
